Nasfund has launched its newly refurbished public website, following an internal rollout during the Employee Engagement Conference held in July. The upgraded platform includes several features aimed at enhancing the digital experience for members and employers.
The new website introduces a smart AI chatbot for real-time assistance, interactive superannuation calculators, and educational videos to support superannuation literacy and awareness. A refreshed layout has also been implemented to improve navigation across various devices.
The platform upgrade reflects Nasfund’s ongoing efforts to improve service delivery through innovation, supported by strong governance and a focus on member engagement.
